The Lake House is an exquisitely furnished 4 bedroom, 3 bath house located on the southwest shores of Canyon Lake just a few blocks from boat dock #6.  The house has one king bed, two queen beds, and two twin beds.  Amenities include a full gourmet kitchen, bi-level wraparound decks, large BBQ pit, two televisions, washer and dryer, a beautiful view of the lake, and lake access via footpath.

$400.00 per night Friday and Saturday
$350.00 per night Sunday through Thursday
$250.00 per night for 4th, 5th & 6th nights (ask how this applies)
$2000.00 weekly rate

Cleaning Fee ... $150 / Security Deposit ... hold with Visa/MC
Rates are for up to 8 people and do not include 10% hospitality tax.

Go 1.4 miles and turn right onto Scenic Drive 5. Turn Right onto Timberlane Drive (road T’s) 6. Turn Right onto Canyon Lake Drive (road T’s) 7. Go .4 miles.
