room reservations need to be guaranteed by either a check for 1 nights
rent (50% of the total booking for
multiple days) or by credit card. Your credit card will not be
charged at the time the reservation is made unless requested. Balance is due upon arrival.
All cancellations are
subject to a $25.00 fee. If
you cancel your reservation within fourteen days of the arrival date,
and we are unable to rebook the room for the same length of time as the
originally scheduled reservation, you will be billed for an amount equal
to one nights
stay.
