Gruene Homestead Inn provides a full size, Texas-style hot breakfast to registered guests.  Our breakfast is elegantly presented in our Faust dining room.  We always have scrambled eggs, bacon, and potatoes as well as all of the traditional continental kinds of items...  muffins, bagels, cereal, oatmeal, pastries, fruit, yogurt, milk, orange juice, water, tea, and coffee.  In addition, we often provide one of the following dishes:

     Southern biscuits with optional sausage gravy
     Locally made Tamales and kolaches
     Belgian waffles made to order with optional Blueberries or Pecans
     Homemade egg and sausage breakfast tacos

Breakfast is served from 8:30-10:00 am on Saturday and Sunday mornings.  During the week, breakfast starts half an hour later...  9:00-10:00 am.

The dining room opens a half hour before breakfast and coffee is available at that time.
