Gruene Homestead Inn provides a full, Texas-style hot breakfast to registered guests.  Our breakfast is elegantly presented in our Faust dining room.  We always have scrambled eggs, bacon, and potatoes as well as all of the traditional continental kinds of items...  muffins, bagels, cereal, oatmeal, pastries, fruit, yogurt, milk, orange juice, water, tea, and coffee.  In addition, we often provide one of the following:

     Biscuits and sausage gravy
     Tamales and kolaches
     Belgian waffles
     Egg and sausage breakfast tacos

Breakfast is served from 8:30-10:00 am on Saturday and Sunday mornings.  During the week, breakfast starts half an hour later...  9:00-10:00 am.

MEETING ROOM
The Faust dining room also serves as our meeting room.  Both corporate and private groups enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of these Texas Victorian style accommodations.  The room can be set up in various configurations and the maximum occupancy is 30 people.  High speed broadband and wireless internet access are readily available.

Any portion of a day constitutes a "days' charge."   Audiovisual equipment is available for an additional charge.  The room must be reserved at least 2 weeks in advance.  Coffee, tea, and water service are included with the meeting room rental.  Arrangements for outside catering of additional meals can be made.

*The dining room is only available for booking to overnight guests and the rooms in the Faust House must be booked first.
